Job Description:*Provide support for Business Intelligence (ETL) applications at Dell Technologies. Analyze and resolve data support related issues for Global Dell business users and Dell vendors. Resolve all Incidents, Service Requests, Tasks and WOWs within SLA targets. Willing to work on- call, on- site & amp amp rotational shifts in a 24 X 7 environment. Role Responsibilities Provide support for Business Intelligence (ETL) applications at Dell. Analyze and resolve data support related issues for global Dell business users and Dell vendors. Resolve all Incidents, Service Requests, Tasks and WOWs within SLA targets. Diagnose, prioritize and escalate and follow up on issues where applicable. During crisis conditions, willing to act in the role of problem facilitator to drive cross functional efforts of various teams toward issue resolution. 100% compliant to all the procedures and processes. Ensure proper handoffs of issues during shift change. Contribute ideas to application stability, performance improvements and process improvements. Train new hires and mentor junior team members. Requirements Willing to work on- call, on- site & amp amp multiple shifts in a 24 X 7 environment. Good analytical, problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills. Overall 2- 4 years of experience in Data Warehousing Minimum 1 years of hands on experience in Informatica. Good to have knowledge/ exposure to Ab Initio. Minimum 1 year experience in any RDBMS, preferably Teradata or with good exposure on Oracle. Exposure to Unix/ Linux environment, and knowledge on basic commands. Exposure to any of the scheduling tools (preferably Control- M) and Service Now Strong customer satisfaction focus and drive for results Should have strong knowledge on the support processes. Support experience would be preferred.
