Job Description:GM/RM Sales : Develop & amp amp Implement competitive strategies for generating sales, develop & amp amp expand market share towards the achievement of revenue & amp amp profitability of the company. Strategizing, planning & amp amp implementing Dealer Network or business associate at Assign territory. Lead the team of sales Executive, back office staff, to achieve the target set by management. Responsible to create branding and product awareness as well as inquiry generation through participating in leading industrial exhibition. Responsible to train, guide, motivate and provide update of Product, application know- how, and market information to sales team. Responsible to Analyze training needs with respect to products, market behavioral and sales development for team member. Responsible to meet the work force requirement, Business Development, identifying training needs. Meet the targets sets by the company. Prepare a long term strategy for building of the strategic Alliance relationship for the company. Asst. Manager / Sr. Sales Executive : Generation and follow up of leads To initiate client meetings and to discuss project analysis Project execution Dealers development. Performing production analysis, competitors analysis Preparing Sales Orders, coordinating Sales Orders-Amendments Coordinating client issues with service and design department. C-Form follow up.
