The centers provide comprehensive strategic support across technology and business operations processing to all lines of business and the corporate functions. Department Description: Corporate Financial Reporting (CFR) provides & quot best in class& quot reporting to both our internal and external clients. Best in class reporting would include informative, accurate, reliable and timely financial information that can be used by management to make sound financial decisions to assess the Firm s financial position investors to make informed decisions and regulators to supervise and examine us appropriately. Our goal is to continuously improve the reporting process through enhancements to the control environment and to improve the operating model. The Unified Chart of Accounts (UCOA) within CFR manages the maintenance and governance of the UCOA hierarchy as well as provides advice and guidance to the Lines of Business (LOB) and Global Finance Operations (GFO) on an ongoing basis regarding UCOA classification decisions in order to drive compliance to the UCOA requirements. Additionally, the UCOA team supports various UCOA projects that result from other corporate initiatives, reporting changes, or UCOA determined opportunities to streamline the hierarchy and make it more efficient. As an Sr. Analyst/ Analyst under the guidance of the CFR Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring on time delivery of all operation deliverables including but not limited to: Own end to end process flow (UMGT) Account Dimension Perform / facilitate daily / weekly / monthly maintenance within SDM (Strategic Dimension Maintenance) Applications and ensure all deliverables within the team and individual s responsible areas are verified, completed and reported. Maintain Service Level Agreements / Key Performance Indicators as agreed with Donor Location. All maintenance are completed with All internal defects identified are resolved with high priority of Supplier delays / defects are escalated appropriately within a day and resolved in timely manner All Client queries are responded within a days turnaround All operational issue are escalated appropriately within a day and resolved in timely manner Ensure maintenance errors are identified and resolved in a timely manner by collaborating and involving the respective teams. Also participate in working towards providing a mitigation framework to avoid future errors. Proactively identify issues that could result in potential control gap and act towards issue resolution Collaborate and Communicate effectively with clients on inquiries regarding CFR UMGT (UCOA Management Team) information by providing end to end solutions Provide extended service project support as required Ensure Weekly & amp amp Monthly deliverables are performed, verified and reported on the specific business days Deliver Monthly metrics on timely basis with 100% accuracy. Analyze, facilitate and/ or support data rationalization like (Teamp UCOA Project, collapse Fgn/ Domestic UCOA) initiatives and by collaborating with Onshore teams. Participate in project platform enhancements & amp amp ongoing project efforts (Application upgrade initiatives by providing requirement from UMGT perspective) Networks/ Builds Relationships - Gaining Clients confidence and trust is key to develop good business relationships. Responsible for documenting SOPs with all procedural changes after review and acceptance from Manager. Support our overall Regulatory Reporting Project program GL narrative review processes as required The relationship between principal and related accounts (e.g., interest, fees) to identify the set of UCOAs that should be used for the particular activity being posted. Third party versus intercompany requirements. Review and understand account definition guidance Qualifications: A Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business/ Finance related field At least 5 years experience Strong knowledge of project systems, lifecycle and methodologies Knowledge of Financial Systems. Strong analytical and decision- making skills Ability to work effectively in an independent setting as well as part of a Virtual/ Global team Strong organizational and communication abilities, both written and oral Ability to multi- task in a fast paced environment including strong time- management and prioritization skills Responsive to a dynamic and constantly changing environment Strong interpersonal skills Experience using Microsoft Office Application Suite (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint). Strong technical skills in Excel. Access experience also preferred Familiarity with Corporate Financial Architecture (SAP, Finance Reference Data) Availability to support Quarter- end close schedules which may require extended hours
