The Position : The Shaw Academy is seeking to expand its suite of directors with the addition of a highly experienced Director of Digital Marketing, who will be responsible for developing integrated marketing services covering brand, digital communication, PPC, SEO, ORM, affiliate and Social strategies that meet ROI and student enrollment and retention targets. This role will suit an ambitious, hardworking and highly driven individual who has a proven track record of working within a role of this nature to join our growing team in Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities & amp amp Accountabilities: What you' ll do: Develop the overall, global company strategy for all digital marketing channels Report, analyse and reduce the Cost Per Acquisition and maximise the ROI for new students Increase global brand awareness Report, analyse and maximise lead flow through all digital marketing strategies Build and manage a team of high performers that will help you deliver on aggressive goals Monitor digital marketing techniques and strategies used by other start-ups & amp amp ecommerce brands, best-practices and creative tactics, specifically in the education domain Mobilise social strategies centered around student engagement and content creation Skills & amp amp Experience Required: At least 10 years of experience within the digital marketing domain. Extremely strong track record of success across multiple companies in multiple domains. Extremely strong track record managing large budgets efficiently and effectively. Background in the online media, eCommerce or online education domains would be preferred. Strong experience optimising all major digital marketing channels. Extremely strong project management and reporting capabilities.
