Job Description:IT Program Manager - Health Insurance (11-16 yrs) IT Program Manager-Health Insurance Domain We are hiring for leading IT company, pref is for Immediate joining: Program manager role with strong Health Insurance domain 12 to 16 years - experience across various roles ranging from - Programs Delivery in Health Insurance domain - Min. of 5 Yrs - Functional knowledge on Health Insurance Benefit and Claims is a Must have skill - Hands-on Technical project management in technologies like Java/Microsoft along with exposure to Dataware House & amp amp BI reporting - Min. of 5 Yrs - Should have experience of multiple large Development programs - Experience in delivery of multiple Agile projects using scrum and or KANBAN - Should have PMP and Agile (Scrum or KANBAN) Certification - The leadership role that can demonstrate Customer Management, People Management skills - Min. of 5 years. - Leadership role at onsite for more than a year is a plus - Functional experience in Healthcare Payer Products like OHI/FACETS/Health Edge is an added advantage - AHM250 and AHM520 Certification on healthcare domain is a plus Role: - Single point contact to customers for several large engagements across multiple geo. - Excellent communicator and an elegant negotiator - Ability to command respect and drive meetings with Customer Leadership team through demonstrable and nimble problem-solving skills. - Interface between customer SMEs (functional and technical) and our delivery team - Rationalize the stakeholder expectations in the context of available opportunities - Anchor large RFPs, single-handedly drive client discussion/presentation on functional as well as technical solutions - Provide functional and technical guidance to delivery team ensuring success of mission critical programs - End-to-end delivery management - Drive activities like MSA review and sign off, anchor solution definition exercise with contributing groups, develop estimate, anchor review of agreement and contract with Sales and delivery leadership group, contract negotiation with customer, interviews and recruitment of technical and functional resources, build new team, manage delivery (Scope, schedule, cost, quality, procurement, communication, escalation, resource, process, internal and external stakeholders). - Achieve target of bottom-line, top-line, quality, delivery milestones, SLA, process compliance, CSAT, technical/functional competency building, resource utilization, and staffing. - Build Relationship fabric across levels. Eg Enabling relationship across Team Leads, Team Managers, Senior Delivery Managers etc - Highly organized and meticulous with respect to planning and execution - both at tactical and operational level initiatives - Highly motivated, strong ability to work in the ambiguous environment and ensure quality delivery with a tight timeline. Other specific information: - Should have the flexibility to travel to customer location - Open to learning new technology and domain
