Job Description:Appoint super stockists and distributors. Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve assigned area targets and projected growth Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly of the team handled Assist sales team with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals Analyze and control expenditures of assigned area to conform to budgetary requirements Plan and implement local sales promotion in consultation with marketing. Assist marketing group in launch & amp amp implementation of marketing/brand activities Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners Prepare periodic sales pipeline reports showing sales volume and potential sales Review and analyze sales performances against plans, and to determine effectiveness Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with executive decision makers in large accounts Closely monitor the competitors activities and preparing observation reports in order to facilitate the Marketing Team to compete with competition Direct the Sales team and establish sales targets brand wise as per Annual Business Plan of the organization, help them in segregating the same geographically, monthly, weekly & amp amp daily targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to improve market share and profitability on sustainable basis in line with Annual Business Plan (ABP) of the organization. Motivate direct Sales team to establish coverage, distribution and display objectives to meet sales targets. Ensure the minimum billing is achieved at Secondary and provide support to distributor to achieve the same. Ensure weekly stock review with all the distributors and plan placement in accordance with the same. Analyze stock movement/availability. Devise and drive distributor schemes and specialized schemes for key clients. Manage the distributor claims on a monthly basis and submitting the same to accounts departments. for process as per TAT. Assist business head in developing a long-term pricing strategy to maximize variable margin through product/ territory/ pack mix decisions. Work out a training calendar for all players in the Sales Team and implement the same. Recruit, Develop & amp amp retain quality manpower.
