Hands-on experience in Scrutinizing, screening and shortlisting resumes based on specific criteria, skills, platforms, Qualifications, and relevant experience. Exposure in managing Internal database, Referrals programs, Job Boards (Naukri, LinkedIn), Online Technology, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools to provide high impact and quality sourcing and generated a diverse pipeline. Candidate should closely work with BU Head for understanding the niche requirement and for closing niche positions. Should have experience in maintaining MIS reports Conducting weekly review meetings and recruitment meeting Need to coordinate with Technical teams to understand current demand and future demand in the Organization for recruitment. Should good in maintaining documentation Should generate reports on offer v/s declined candidate. Should be able to handle the HR audits held in the organization, Should be capable enough in giving recruitment status to the management for the current requirement or pending requirements.
