Job Description:Regional Sales & amp amp Marketing Manager ( Medical Equipments ) MBL 9810545405 Regional Sales & amp amp Marketing Managers for Medical Equipment' s in Govt Hospitals across Northern India. Achieving Government Hospital Tenders in Delhi, Chandigarh & amp amp Punjab , Lucknow & amp amp UP , Jaipur & amp amp Rajasthan, Patna , Raipur & amp amp Bihar for Operation Theatre Lights , Portable Ultrasound Machines, ICU Beds , Patient Trolleys, Surgical Instruments, Gynae instruments , open care systems , Humidifiers, Oxygen Blenders , Pulse Oximeters etc. 1) Strong relationship in all leading NCR Government hospital like LNJP, AIIMS, RML, GB Pant Hospital etc. 2) Managing a sales team of 10 to 20 people across North India. 3) Comprehensive knowledge in tender / quotation process - from Specification, Pre Bid Process and Demonstration. 4) Evaluation and setting of annual, quarterly, monthly sale targets for self as well as teams across North India 5) Ability to conceive, plan, execute and monitor daily activities for sales and marketing 6) Ability to conceive, plan, execute and monitor training programs utilizing internal and external faculties and quarterly/annual sales conclaves. 7) Ability to conduct demonstrations and participate in pre-bid and other meetings. 8) Leadership qualities and team player. 9) Excellent communication skills. 10) Proficient in computer / internet applications.
