Job Description:Talent Acquisition Member - IT/Non IT Hiring - Social Sector The company is a Bangalore based pioneering social initiative, operating with a single-minded mission to provide cost-effective credit to low-income households in India. In simple terms, we are on a mission to eradicate this insidious evil in our society called poverty. The company is embarking on a journey that enables borrowers from underserved communities across India to directly apply and receive loans. We are building a robust loan processing system that is built on technology using IndiaStack, UPI and Machine Learning based credit scoring algorithms. Our team comprises of people who care deeply about equality and justice, and believe in the power of technology in enabling empowerment and grassroots led development in rural villages across India. Mid/Senior Recruiter - Human Resources This is a role for an individual who is passionate about creating impact through recruitment who works closely with the Head of Human Resources to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the office. This position will provide support for HR processes such as documentation, performance evaluation, and recruitment Responsibilities: Recruitment: - Manage hiring process, including recruiting, interviewing, reference checking, documentation and on-boarding. - Report recruitment updates on a bi-monthly basis. - Work with Vendors and external agengies Onboarding and training : - Conduct new hire orientation and training. - Write, revise and train employees on employment policies. HR Systems: - Manage employee benefits, including insurance, leave and staff care - Create and maintain employee files in a database that can be used for analysis. - Draft and implement process and policies in alignment with the organization needs. Administration: - Maintain employee database and ensure confidentiality of information. - Organize and keep track of the leave records. - Maintain calendar of special events, including holidays, staff birthdays and anniversary dates. Essential experience and personal qualifications: - - Master' s degree in Human Resources or equivalent - Excellent Communication skills both written & amp amp oral - Self starter, organized with ability to work without supervision - High degree of empathy for social causes - Previous experience of volunteering for social initiatives - Fluent in English, Hindi (Knowing Kannada will be added advantage) - 3 + years (or more) of experience in the non profit space (not Mandatory) - Willingness to travel BENEFITS - Salary and benefits will be commensurate with skills and experience for a grassroots non-profit organization in India
