Job Description:Need candidates who is residing in bangalore, Kannada language is mandatory Must have min. 15 years experience in a real estate company Ensure all leads are covered to maximum levels All lead entries, follow-up and Finalizations should be done Build contacts with estate agents and brokers. Create and manage Client Relationships Oversee design aspects in terms of size of Plots/Villa plots/ apartments and amenities to provide from a marketing angle. Prepare brochures/ content writing /flyer/ emailer/ floor plans and all other pre launch marketing material in consultation with management. Make all arrangements for project launches including organising all PR activities such as Event management and press conferences as applicable. Co-ordinating between management to make a marketing program and budget. Excellent understanding of corporate sales, channel sales and campaign management (Digital, ATL,BTL activities) Prepare a ad schedule and block dates with respective newspapers. Monitor marketing program viz. Email promotion, SMS, phone calls, brokers, day camps at IT Parks, online advertising, overseas advertising, taking part in property fairs. Start and monitor online marketing programme through facebook/ twitter etc Manage the entire marketing process in all aspects to aid in sales, corporate brand identity Plan, implement the digital strategy for various projects to meet digital and brand objectives of the marketing campaigns Lead the identification, develop and provide comprehensive understanding of the digital marketing space and educate the team on the latest in technology and regulatory development that may impact or benefit our digital programs Lead the digital direct marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, affiliate marketing, and social advertising Development of industry standard and innovative website functionality Provide leadership, direction, and technical expertise to design, develop, and support digital properties Design and Implement 360 degree integrated digital marketing communication for project launches Managing the annual digital marketing budget To overlooking project deliverables as per schedule, monitoring project costs, profitability, managing cost escalations Recommend and manage full year media campaign calendar and appropriate marketing tactics Must be able to think out of the box, willingness to learn & amp amp must be detail oriented Undertake market and competitor research and analysis Prepare,Monitor, track, and report, websites traffic including trend analysis using site analytics solutions such as Google Analytics.
