Job Description:Background & amp amp Experience - 7 to 10 years experience, should have been the lead on digital and social marketing for a good IT/technology brand with global presence. Should have owned agency relationships with design, content and digital partners. Should have a passion for digital marketing and storytelling. Skills - Expert level understanding and experience of digital and social media, ability to write and edit great content by leveraging storytelling, good eye for design, deep familiarity with online marketing tools , best practices , website design, SEO and platforms like Hubspot, Hootsuite etc. Proven record of transforming digital and social brand presence, track record of successful digital marketing campaigns. Creative thinker. Role DescriptionWill anchor the digital, social and content marketing piece. Will direct digital strategy and provide hands on execution of the same. Role reports to Marketing Head. Will identify the right partners and firms to work with to take the online strategy across global audiences, and will create+ manage a lean & amp amp mean team to transform the digital brand presence. Will work on talent, customer and corporate brand impact (with focus primarily on talent). Will interact and manage leadership participation in profile building and thought leadership activities. Will be hands-on with content, will write, edit and curate with help from the team, put in place brilliant content strategy in keeping with company' s unique context. Will look at company' s brand as a whole, with digital as a horizontal rather than a vertical.
