Job Description:Qualification: - Any Graduate + Any Postgraduate MBA (Marketing, operations, international marketing) preferred Required Skill Set Pharma Exports Sales Experience in South East Asia, Middle East, Africa, CIS and/or Latin American countries. Product sourcing experience will be a preferred additional skill. Relevant Industry Pharmaceuticals, Nutraceuticals, Herbal, Health Supplements, Nutrition, Biotech, Sales, Business Development, Retail Job Description / Responsibilities Tagline - Candidate required for Nutraceuticals/Pharma Formulations/ Herbal product exports to South East Asia, Africa, CIS, ME & amp amp Latin America. Should have minimum 6-7 years of relevant experience along with Regulatory & amp amp Documentation knowledge. Detailed Job Description: Responsible for business development in various selected exports markets. Achieves international sales and profit goals. Designs and recommends sales and marketing programs and sets short- and long-term sales strategies. Understand international variances in cultural, regulatory and legal issues pertaining to sales. Initiates and processes compliances etc. Familiar with a variety of the field concepts, practices, and procedures. Lead a team of managers eventually. Relies on experience, data and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Take up new challenging assignments Take initiatives and show strong level of commitment Typically reports to top management Desired profile of the candidate:- Requires a bachelor' s degree in a related area and at least 6 years of experience in the relevant field. Experience of initiating and commencing sales in international markets in pharma/API/health products. Must be aware of international variances in cultural and legal issues pertaining to sales. Familiar with a variety of the field concepts, practices, and procedures. Possess good contacts of channel, distributors and business aids in various countries.
