Job Description:Performance management of channel partners sales force Deliver sales target for all products by executing the distribution strategy at the channel - partner level Establish, manage and grow companys presence within existing volume channel/reseller partners. Grow incremental revenue/sales through the management of sales initiatives with the designated channel partners and through recruitment of new partners. Work closely and effectively with Channel Partners to manage sales strategies, campaigns and marketing programs to drive market share across the Me n Moms product line. Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual forecast to the management team. Create, implement, execute and manage marketing and promotional campaigns and activity through the partner. Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Planning Sessions with assigned channel partners. Regularly provide channel partner information and business activity to the management team and deliver monthly sales forecast updates on a weekly basis. Review market requirements to determine Channel Partner needs, volume management potential, channel partner price positioning, and competitive positioning within the Channel partner. Manage and develop positive working relationship across the channel partner sales organization and related areas of the Channel partner business. Work closely and maintain strong working relationship with Sales and Marketing Team to ensure greater channel sales development and sell through contribution. Should have experience in handling 2 States,base will be in Mumbai.
