Job Description:JOB TITLE: - Manager Marketing REPORTS TO: - VP / Director PURPOSE OF ROLE: - Identify, map and approach new customers, initiate new business leads & amp discussions for automobile dealer tie- up & amp develop a pipeline of new business leads for new products.Develop and maintain business relationships with partners and affiliates. SCOPE OF ROLE - 8 to 10 years of handling national responsibilities and leading large teams Must be able to work independently under the guidance of a Vice President/ Directors to get maximum clients on board. Responsible for all business activities including campaign execution, product/ program execution and associated marketing / business initiatives. Direct client signs up as per the defined targets in the allottedarea. Responsible for maintaining the client network and resolve issues if any locally. Must be capable of devising a sales strategy, mapping target industries and clients and defining means to connect to them. Would be required to go on field or client s location and explain the potential clients about the Organisation while understanding their requirements. Should be able to give clients an in- depth insight into the Organisation s value proposition. Should be capable of negotiating commercial and legal terms and thus, closing deals independently. Maintaining various reports for sales tracking. KEY SKILLS FOR THIS ROLE Skill sets: - Self- motivated and self- driven. Must be hard- working and should have the drive to take the initiative to follow up with all prospective clients on a regular basis. Contributes individually and in a team. Must be fluent in English (oral and written, and keen communicator candidates knowing multiple Indian languages will be preferred. Should have a logical / analytical approach to work. Should have the drive to relentlessly yet politely follow up with prospective clients. Should be proficient in MS Office Suite. Strives to learn best practices in every aspect of the job Works in the best interest of the organisation as a whole. Has consistently demonstrated the ability and commitment to deliver major initiatives from the beginning (ideation, strategy, to full deployment in a timely manner. Should be a sound and reliable adviser for all BD matters Must learn and contribute to our vision, our mission & amp our team. Should have customer focus attitude and commendable follow through skills. Travel requirements: Up to 90 % travel within the assigned territory across the country. Skill sets Preferred: - Candidates working with an OEM / automotive portal handling new car dealer relationship - Industries especially in and around Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore & amp Hyderabad is preferred. Prior experience in B2B marketing and business development roles desirable Education MBA in Marketing from a reputed B- School.
